**Pls do the toothpick test (cleaned) and finalize the baking time as you know your oven better.
**If you do not use fresh ripe bananas, you may use approx. 2 Tbsp of milk if the batter is hard. The thickness depends on the liquid quantity, specially with the size of the eggs. If you do not like to add milk add 3 small/regular eggs instead initially when making the batter.
**This recipe does not require ripe fresh banana, as the blend comes with ripe banana flour. But, if you prefer added banana taste and moisture, there is no harm in adding fresh banana as given in the recipe.
