Gluten-Free Tortilla Wraps

Serving : As per the Tortilla Size you prefer

Ingredients:

    • Wellnesscultz Gluten-Free Flour Blend – 1 Cup
    • Water (Medium Warm) – ½ to 1 Cup as required.
    • Olive Oil – 2 Tbsp

Method:

    1. Mix flour blend, water and oil together and let the dough sit for 5 to 10 minutes. If the dough is sticky add 1-2 Tbsp of flour and adjust. If the dough is too hard adding 1-2 Tbsp of water and adjust.
    2. Cut the dough in to equal size balls as per you desire and flatten with a maker or using a rolling pin and by hand.
    3. Cook on a pre-heated nonstick pan or slightly oiled pan for 2 minutes around each side.
    4. Serve with any preferred curry / topping, etc.
