  • Wellness Cultz Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour – 2 Cups
  • Active Dry Yeast 1 Table Spoon
  • Sugar 1 Table Spoon
  • Flaxseed – 2 Table Spoons (Optional)
  • Garlic Powder – 1 Table Spoon (Optional)
  • Water (Hand-hot) 1 and ¼ Cups
  • Olive Oil 2 Table Spoons
  • Any Pizza Topping / Mozzarella Cheese / White Cheese, etc

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F / 175C for 10 mins
  2. Add all dry ingredients and oil to the same bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon / mixer dough hook.
  3. Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes. Use hands or the stand mixer for this. You more add a little more flour once done, only if required*.
  4. When you see the dough is soft enough, add little bit of oil in a large bowl and place the dough, roll and let the oil apply around and cover with a glass lid or a kitchen towel and keep for an hour till it doubles.
  5. Preheat the oven 375F / 190C.
  6. Prepare the Pizza Trays – 9 Inch, 2 trays would do based on the thickness that you prefer for your pizza.
  7. Take the dough, check if it has doubled, punched down and divide to 2 equal size portions.
  8. Sprinkle a little flour on the surface you are working and place the dough and roll the door with a rolling pin to your required thickness. Use little mild warm water if the dough is too hard.
  9. Place the dough on the pizza pan, add pizza sauce with whatever the toppings of your choice and bake for about 15 minutes**.

Once done, take out and serve.

Notes:
**When kneading the dough, be mindful of the softness / wet levels and see if you want to add little more flour and do add a little flour accordingly.

**You know your own better. So, be mindful when baking time reaches 10 minutes. And you may want to keep the Pizza to bake less or more than 15 minutes based on your oven temperature.
