Gluten-Free Purple Yam and Beet Muffins

Serving : 12 Muffins | Size 11 Target Cup Cake Liners
Ingredients:

- Wellnesscultz Gluten-Free Purple Yam and Beet Mix – 275g
- Melted Butter – 120g
- Eggs (Large) – 3
- Vanilla – 1 Tsp
- Butter Milk – 1/4 Cups + 2 Tbsp
- (Fresh Milk + ½ Tsp Vinegar)
Method:
-
- Pre-heat the oven to 350F / 175C for 10 mins
- Sieve the flour blends and remove all the lumps/clumps if any.
- Mix all wet ingredients
- Pour the wet mix to the flour blend and whist / mix until well combined (No lumps/clumps)
- Distribute the batter among 12 cup cake / muffin liners pre-prepared.
- Tap to remove air bubbles.
- Keep the tray on the center rack and bake at the same temperature for 12 to 15 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.
Note: If the batter is so thick, add more milk and adjust the batter.
