Purple Yam Flour Porridge

Cook Time : 5 minutes
Total Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 2-3 Tsp Wellnesscultz Purple Yam Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Boiled Water
- 2 – 4 Tbsp Thick Coconut Milk / Cream
- Pinch of Salt
- Pure Kithul Jeggery
Directions
- Add Purple Yam Flour to a boiling pan. Gluten Free
- Add 1/2 Cup of Boiled Water and mix with the flour until well combined.
- Add the rest of the water and Coconut Milk together and stir well.
- Boil the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes at medium flame / heat.
- Add salt.
- Pour the porridge to the serving bowl.
- Serve with pure Kithul Jeggery or you can add Jeggery to the porridge itself and serve.
