Gluten-Free Coconut Roti

Serving : As per the Rotti Size you prefer

Ingredients:

  • Wellnesscultz Gluten-Free Flour Blend – 350g to 400g
  • Scraped Coconut – 1 Full
  • Water (Medium Warm) – 1 Full
  • Melted Butter / Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix flour blend and water and let the mix sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Add coconut, oil to the mix and mix well to form the dough (should not be sticky). If the dough is sticky add 1-2 Tbsp of flour and adjust.
  3. Cut the dough in to equal size balls as per you desire and flatten with a maker or using a rolling pin and by hand.
  4. Cook on a pre-heated nonstick pan or slightly oiled pan for 2 minutes around each side.
  5. Serve with any preferred curry / topping, etc.
