Gluten-Free Purple Yam and Beet Muffins

Ingredients:

    • Wellnesscultz Gluten-Free Purple Yam and Beet Mix – 275g
    • Melted Butter – 120g
    • Eggs (Large) – 3
    • Vanilla – 1 Tsp
    • Butter Milk – 1/4 Cups + 2 Tbsp
    • (Fresh Milk + ½ Tsp Vinegar)

Method:

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F / 175C for 10 mins
    2. Sieve the flour blends and remove all the lumps/clumps if any.
    3. Mix all wet ingredients
    4. Pour the wet mix to the flour blend and whist / mix until well combined (No lumps/clumps)
    5. Distribute the batter among 12 cup cake / muffin liners pre-prepared.
    6. Tap to remove air bubbles.
    7. Keep the tray on the center rack and bake at the same temperature for 12 to 15 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.

Note: If the batter is so thick, add more milk and adjust the batter.
