Gluten-Free Sweet Waffles & Pancakes

Total Time : 20 Mins Approx
Serving : 1 – 2 Medium Waffle (Based on the waffle oven size)

Ingredients:

    • Wellnesscultz Gluten-Free Flour Blend – 1 Cup
    • Melted Butter – 50ml or ¼ Cup
    • Eggs (Large) – 1
    • Vanilla – 1 Tsp
    • Milk – 1/2 Cups

Method:

    1. Pre-heat the waffle oven.
    2. Sieve the flour blends and remove all the lumps/clumps if any.Mix all wet ingredients.
    3. Pour the wet mix to the flour blend and whist / mix until well combined (No lumps/clumps)
    4. Pour the batter the waffle maker and make until well cooked.

Note: If the batter is so thick, add more milk and adjust the batter.
Spicy Waffles – Can be made with chicken and make spicy waffles.

Pancakes –
Same batter can be used for pancakes as well. For fluffy pancakes beat the egg whites separate and add to the batter.
