Purple Yam Flour Porridge

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Tsp Wellnesscultz Purple Yam Flour 
  • 1 1/2 Cups Boiled Water 
  • 2 – 4 Tbsp Thick Coconut Milk / Cream  
  • Pinch of Salt 
  • Pure Kithul Jeggery 

Directions

  • Add Purple Yam Flour to a boiling pan. Gluten Free 
  • Add 1/2 Cup of Boiled Water and mix with the flour until well combined. 
  • Add the rest of the water and Coconut Milk together and stir well. 
  • Boil the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes at medium flame / heat. 
  • Add salt. 
  • Pour the porridge to the serving bowl. 
  • Serve with pure Kithul Jeggery or you can add Jeggery to the porridge itself and serve.
