Banana Flour Waffles

Serves : For 4-6 Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups Wellnesscultz Banana Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar (if you use Ripe Banana Flour, Sugar is not required)
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Tsp Each Baking Soda and Baking Powder
- 1/2 – 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Cup Fresh Milk
Note: You can add more milk if you want the batter to be less thick.
Directions
- In a bowl, sift Banana Flour together with Baking Powder and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix Eggs, Fresh Milk, Melted Butter, and Vanilla together and mix well (If you use sugar add them also to this mix)
- Then add both the mixtures together and mix until there are no visible lumps.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the waffle oven for 1 — 2 minutes and apply little butter/oil.
- Pour 1/2 cup (depend on the size of the waffle oven) of the batter per waffle and cook until properly cooked
- Serve with any preferred jams, toppings or treacke / honey.
