Gluten-Free Brownies

Prep Time : 20 Mins

Total Time : 60 Mins Approx
Serving : 9 -12 pieces | Size 9×9 Square Tray

Ingredients:

  • Wellnesscultz Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix – 2 ½ Cups + 2 Tbsp
  • Butter – 225g (non-melted) + 3 Tbsp – Melted Butter
  • Chocolate Chips – 2 ½ Cups
  • Eggs (Large) – 4
  • Vanilla – 1 Tsp

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F / 175C for 10 mins
  2. Sieve the flour blends and remove all the lumps/clumps if any.
  3. In low heat – Melt 2 Cups of Chips and 225g Butter together. Let sit for 15 minutes to cool down.
  4. Beat eggs separate and add the 3 Tbsp melted butter.
  5. Add the chocolate mix and butter mix together. Add flour blend to the wet mix and fold well. Don’t over mix.
  6. Spread the batter in a cake tray (9×9) which is parchment paper lined. Layer the balance chips on top.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the tooth pick comes out with wet clumps.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack and cut in to pieces with a sharp knife.
