Gluten-Free Brownies

Total Time : 60 Mins Approx
Serving : 9 -12 pieces | Size 9×9 Square Tray
Ingredients:
- Wellnesscultz Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Mix – 2 ½ Cups + 2 Tbsp
- Butter – 225g (non-melted) + 3 Tbsp – Melted Butter
- Chocolate Chips – 2 ½ Cups
- Eggs (Large) – 4
- Vanilla – 1 Tsp
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350F / 175C for 10 mins
- Sieve the flour blends and remove all the lumps/clumps if any.
- In low heat – Melt 2 Cups of Chips and 225g Butter together. Let sit for 15 minutes to cool down.
- Beat eggs separate and add the 3 Tbsp melted butter.
- Add the chocolate mix and butter mix together. Add flour blend to the wet mix and fold well. Don’t over mix.
- Spread the batter in a cake tray (9×9) which is parchment paper lined. Layer the balance chips on top.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the tooth pick comes out with wet clumps.
- Let cool on a wire rack and cut in to pieces with a sharp knife.
